What this does

Limits get their own image. Limit each day, Limit each hour and Bots allowed vs working move out of dashboard.svg into a new limits.svg, because they tell one story and the dashboard was getting long. The README has a new "What's limiting the fleet?" section, and the dashboard goes back to twelve panels.

The mermaid diagram is now an SVG (docs/images/fleet-loop.svg). Its text was being cut off because GitHub sizes mermaid boxes with different font metrics than it draws with, which can't be controlled from the source. The SVG has fixed positions and colours and follows light and dark mode. It keeps every component and link from the old diagram, and adds the start and end of the path: issues submitted, owner sets goals, and updated main. A merge loops back to free a slot for the next slice.

After merging

limits.svg doesn't exist on the dashboard branch until the next dashboard run, so the README image is broken until then. Running the Dashboard workflow by hand right after merging closes that gap.

Until the limits backfill runs, limits.svg shows only Bots allowed vs working.

Checks

  • Tests: 158 passed, 5 skipped. The limit panel test now covers the separate sheet, its lead line and the no-data case.
  • Rendered both images from live data (melek's limits added from the prototype) and checked them in Chrome. The diagram was checked in light and dark, and the limits sheet's top panels in dark. GitHub's own rendering isn't checked until this merges.

…agram as an SVG

The three panels tell one story and the dashboard was getting long, so they move to their
own sheet with a README section. The mermaid diagram's text was cut off by GitHub's font
metrics, which the source can't control: it is now a laid-out SVG for both themes, running
from issues and owner goals to updated main.
