升级 Next.js 及其配套包到最新稳定版 16.3.2：

• next: 16.3.0 → 16.3.2
• @next/third-parties: 16.3.0 → 16.3.2
• @next/eslint-plugin-next: 16.3.0 → 16.3.2
• eslint-config-next: 16.3.0 → 16.3.2
• react / react-dom: 保持 19.2.8（已是最新）
• 版本号 1.4.12 → 1.4.13

说明

• 使用官方升级命令 npx next upgrade 完成，16.3.1/16.3.2 为纯 bugfix 后移版本，无破坏性变更。
• codemod 曾将 eslint 提升到 10.9.0，但项目中的 eslint-plugin-react@7.37.5 尚不支持 eslint 10，因此保留在 9.x（9.39.5）。eslint-config-next@16.3.2 的 peer 范围 eslint >= 9.0.0 仍满足。

验证

• npm run lint ✓
• npx tsc --noEmit ✓
• npm run build ✓（Next.js 16.3.2, Turbopack，7 个静态页生成成功）
