This is needed, because:

1. release-please tried to release 1.5.0
2. It failed to release on npm
3. It did release on github (it created a github release)
4. The github release is immutable
5. So even though I deleted the github release and tag, it's still immutable and cannot be used in another releas
6. So we can never publish 1.5.0.
7. Hence, 1.5.1
