go.mod, internal/buildtags: bump tailscale.com, keep udptransport and nattraversal - #139

… nattraversal This brings in tailscale/tailscale@fe9104331, which makes magicsock's UDP transport and NAT traversal optional features (ts_omit_udptransport and ts_omit_nattraversal). Native builds keep both, since direct paths between peers are the point of tailcat; nattraversal on the keep list pulls in udptransport via its declared dependency. The wasm build omits both: a browser has no UDP sockets and reaches peers over DERP only, so it loses nothing, and the wasm binary shrinks by about 230 KB. The checked-in omit tag lists (build-tags.txt and .goreleaser.yaml) are unchanged because both new features are kept. This brings in tailscale/tailscale@fe9104331, which makes magicsock's
UDP transport and NAT traversal optional features (ts_omit_udptransport
and ts_omit_nattraversal). Native builds keep both, since direct paths
between peers are the point of tailcat; nattraversal on the keep list
pulls in udptransport via its declared dependency. The wasm build omits
both: a browser has no UDP sockets and reaches peers over DERP only, so
it loses nothing, and the wasm binary shrinks by about 230 KB.
