feat(ui): export RunRowShell from /run - #95

The shell is the shared run-row grammar beneath InlineToolItem and InlineThinkingItem; consumers whose row carries behaviors the fixed items don't model compose it directly instead of re-forking the grammar.

Additive export + changeset (minor). Follow-up to #92: the widened title lets treated titles in, but agent-app's reasoning row also needs the shell itself (streaming pre-wrap body, auto-scroll) which the fixed InlineThinkingItem shape doesn't model. Gates: typecheck + build green; dist/run.d.ts carries the export.
