The module was published under its GitHub path, while Temporal's other Go modules (sdk, api, server, cloud-sdk) live under the go.temporal.io vanity domain. This moves the proxy to go.temporal.io/proxy so it can be installed and imported like the rest. All imports, proto go_package options, the examples module, goreleaser ldflags, and the README install instructions now use the new path. The generated .pb.go files were regenerated with buf rather than rewritten, since the raw descriptors encode the path with a length prefix. The vanity page itself lives in temporalio/temporalio.github.io and needs a matching proxy/index.html before this merges, otherwise go install and the pkg.go.dev badge will not resolve. Imports from the old github.com path stop working for versions tagged after this change. Refs temporalio/temporalio.github.io#36
