Document @tetherto/wdk-cli@1.0.0-beta.7, including the provider registry, provider-scoped credentials, fiat provider selection, token slugs and configuration permissions.

Keep upgrade guidance in Configuration and one release entry in the changelog. Remove the standalone migration guide and synchronize the generated feed.

This guide only covers the indexer, but every service became a provider in this change: wdk-indexer (indexer), bitfinex (pricing), moonpay and transak (fiat). So I suggest a bigger change.

@tetherto/wdk-cli@1.0.0-beta.7 is now published (tetherto/wdk-cli#45). It contains everything this guide describes (#37, #38, #39) plus the fiat-provider work (#34) and the slug fixes.

Can you turn this PR into the beta.7 docs instead of a migration guide for an unversioned build?

• Update the version-scoped pages to beta.7 (index, get-started, api-reference, configuration, handle-errors, manage-tokens, architecture, security-model, storage-format) and drop the "this page describes beta.6" callouts.
• Cover the whole provider change, not just the indexer. ramp.moonpay.* is gone and MoonPay is configured under providers.moonpay.config.*; wdk buy/sell take --provider, required while more than one fiat provider is enabled; token mappings moved to metadata.slugs.SYSTEM; custom pricing providers can be added.
• Drop the standalone migration guide and replace it with one "Upgrading from beta.6" section: old key → new key for indexer and MoonPay, the --provider flag, the metadata.slugs change, and the 0600/0700 permissions. The CLI does not migrate old keys, so this is the part users actually need.
• Add the beta.7 entry to the changelog.
