Layout: move kotlin-js-store out of the repository root #110
Description
Kotlin/Wasm writes its yarn.lock to kotlin-js-store/ at the root by default. Configure the lock location under the module that has the js/wasm target (e.g. rootProject.the<YarnRootExtension>().lockFileDirectory = …), keep the lock committed (reproducible npm resolution). Completion: no root kotlin-js-store; wasm build resolves from the moved lock.

Decision (maintainer): the build's single wasm npm lock lives at
gradle/wasm-yarn.lock, next to the version catalog; set via WasmYarnRootExtension.lockFileDirectoryProperty/lockFileNameProperty in the root build (KGP 2.4: per-build, root-only; the var forms are deprecated for removal in 2.7.0).
