CI: cancel superseded runs so macOS runners aren't hogged#129

python-multiplatform's iOS/Desktop/TypedPython CI had ~15 macOS jobs queued for superseded develop pushes and deleted branches, blocking other repos (toolchain #63 ios-e2e, pypackpack #53). Completion: each CI workflow has concurrency group workflow+ref with cancel-in-progress.
