Packaged desktop sample: proxies step fails (ExceptionInInitializerError, then No module named 'org') #77

Description

Running :sample:createDistributable's .app (develop with #60) from / with PYTHONHOME unset prints:

INFO: Python initialized successfully!
runtime : 3.14.7  ·  sys.platform=darwin  ·  MacOS 26.5.1 (aarch64) / JVM 21.0.12
eval    : sum(kotlin_numbers) * 2 -> int: 56
table   : 41 entries, 4 classes, from io_github_thisisthepy_sample
upcall  : handle 4294967324 -> 0  ·  with args -> presses x3 = 0
proxies : ExceptionInInitializerError: null
PyException: No module named 'org' (x4)

The interpreter and stdlib come from the bundle (L-9), the upcall table loads, but the proxy/binder path fails with an ExceptionInInitializerError and Kotlin-namespace imports (org.thisisthepy...) are not found. Not yet known whether :sample:run (Gradle, PYTHONHOME set) shows the same — establish that first.

Completion: root cause with the full stack trace of the ExceptionInInitializerError; the packaged app's log shows the proxies line succeed and no No module named; a test or CI step that launches the packaged app headless and checks the log (so this cannot regress silently).
