…ttings binary/ held eleven CPython 3.13.0 archives (547 MB) that no build step reads; CPython is fetched by Gradle. .claude/settings.json is per-machine Claude Code configuration; it is now ignored and stays on disk.

Deleted: binary/ (eleven CPython 3.13.0 archives, 547 MB) that no build step reads; CPython is fetched by Gradle. The -PpythonVersion=3.13.0 desktop branch reads src/nativeInterop/cinterop/lib, not binary/, so it is unchanged. AGENTS §11 table, ecosystem.md and ROADMAP 17.4 updated.
.claude/settings.json is untracked and .claude/ is ignored; the file stays on disk.
Verified: :python-multiplatform:compileKotlinDesktop and :python-multiplatform:desktopJar EXIT=0.
