Closes #194

Docs only.

  • docs/design/typedpython.md §4.3.5 (new): ownership inference (no observable change), memory plan against Rust with decisions D1-D4, minimal interpreter footprint with D6-D8 and PEP 810 lazy imports.
  • §4.3.4: the GIL-based arguments are marked as not holding on free-threaded 3.15t; borrowed reads are restricted to proven thread-local objects (N-12 borrowed field reads are unsound on free-threaded 3.15t #193, D5).
  • §7 risk on memory expectations; §8 item 9 records D1-D8.
  • docs/investigations/typedpython-ownership-memory.md: the investigation with measurements (3.14, 3.14t, 3.15.0rc1t, Rust).
