…MAP cut to what is left The three upcall documents merge into docs/design/upcall.md. Designs the code no longer follows (the pythonx-synthesising adapter, the Pythonic stub product, the PanamaPort plan, the 3.15t gate, old wasm and investigation narratives) move to docs/archive/ with a superseded header. Design docs that contradicted code or SPEC are corrected. ROADMAP goes from 295 KB to 29 KB: what is left, keeping the old section numbers so code citations still resolve; history is in git (4ed9814). References in code comments and docs follow the moves.
