Defect fixed: iOS pinned BeeWare 3.14-b10 (headers PY_VERSION 3.14.6); now 3.14-b11 (3.14.7, sha256 b591f330…ab7b). Every download task checks every acquired patchlevel.h against pythonVersion; the iOS extraction is re-done when the archive changes (stamp).
Verification (coordinator): downloadPython_ios OK, plugin 227/0 (incl. the real-tree test over the acquired trees), desktopTest 561/0, ksp artifact 35/0, app 70/0, compose 111/0, androidNative + iosSimulatorArm64 compile OK. Red: pinning b10 back fails downloadPython_ios with '…patchlevel.h says PY_VERSION 3.14.6 but pythonVersion=3.14.7'.
