Generate Pythonic .pyi stubs and py.typed for the wheel #12
Stubs with the snake_case names and signatures the re-export rule (#8) produces, plus py.typed.
Why
SPEC S1.2. The binder's plugin now emits Kotlin-named stubs only (its Pythonic generator was removed in d00f413f), so the Pythonic half is this package's.
Done when
Stubs are generated from the same manifest and rule the runtime uses, and a test compares a stub's signature with inspect.signature of the runtime object.
Converter landed in develop via #23. Remaining: Kotlin-named stubs for Compose 1.11.1 as input, object types better than int, generated stubs committed, py.typed.
Landed in develop via #40: stubs for Compose 1.11.1 (10 modules) and py.typed, with mypy tests. CI with binder: 142 passed, 2 skipped (notebook; regeneration check without the zip).
