Run the suite daily against python-multiplatform develop #43

#41 showed a binder change can break this package with nothing here changing, and CI only noticed at the next pull request. Done when tests.yml also runs on a daily schedule (and on demand), and a failed scheduled run opens one tracking issue or comments on the open one. Agreed with the ecosystem lead.
