Name branches feat/<topic>, delete them on merge, and keep only main, release and develop #58
Description
The maintainer's instruction (2026-10-03, relayed by the ecosystem lead): feature branches are named feat/, never work/; merge with gh pr merge --delete-branch and remove the local branch and worktree; sweep merged branches periodically so only main, release and develop stand (release-* snapshots kept); land or report stale unmerged ones. Done when AGENTS.md section 4 says so, the test workflow triggers on feat/**, and the existing merged branches are deleted.

Landed in develop via #59. Swept: 29 merged work/* branches deleted on the remote and 21 locally; backup/legacy (merged) and backup/ComposableTemplate (unmerged, 2023) reported to the ecosystem lead rather than deleted.
