- README rewritten: logo and social card, keyword-rich introduction, a pipeline diagram, the measured optimization table, quickstart commands checked against the CLI, the language reference, the verification summary, a project layout, related projects and an FAQ. - Logo: a 4x4 systolic array with a wave of light moving diagonally through it. Used as the README mark, the site favicon and the social card (og.png). - Site: favicon, Open Graph and Twitter card tags, canonical URLs, keywords and description per page, robots.txt and a sitemap. - Build the web on Node 24 (already in CI).

New README with the logo, the measured results (checked against the CLI), a quickstart, the verification summary and an FAQ. Adds the project logo (also the site favicon and social card) and SEO metadata: keywords, Open Graph and Twitter tags, canonical URLs, robots.txt and a sitemap.
Checks run locally: typecheck, lint, 4 unit tests, all 9 Playwright tests, and the Python suite.
