Add web/, an Astro + React static site. A Pyodide worker runs runtime/web_api.py: one analyze() call compiles the program for both chips, runs the tiny-gpu simulator, and computes the numpy oracle. The tiny-tpu program is run in the page on the real tiny-tpu RTL (WASM) through the same executor the Node tests use. The UI shows every pass's IR, both chips' output, a bit-exact check of each result against the oracle, and a head-to-head table. scripts/build_web.py bundles the Python sources, copies the tiny-tpu WASM and the executor, and generates the example list from examples/ so the UI cannot drift from them. It runs automatically before npm dev and npm build. Verified in a browser: the default example is bit-exact on both chips; mlp_gpu at -O2 is bit-exact on tiny-gpu and rejected by tiny-tpu with the legality message; the phone-width layout has no horizontal scroll. Not yet: a CodeMirror editor, the PE-grid animation, and browser test automation.
