Generate the docs pages (/docs/*) from docs/ at build time so they cannot drift from the Markdown the repository reviews, rewriting local links to the generated pages and repository paths to GitHub. Add a docs index, a landing page that quotes only numbers the tests pin (the 8x8 optimization levels, the verification counts), a verification table in the README, and a Vercel configuration for web/. The site is built and checked locally (no broken internal links, TypeScript clean). It is not deployed: that needs a Vercel login on the owner's account. There is no hero clip: no recording was made.
Convert web/ to pnpm as CLAUDE.md specifies. Add eslint, vitest unit tests for the result checks (moved out of the component into src/lib/verify.ts), and a Playwright smoke test over the built site: default example bit-exact on both chips, warm recompile under 5 s, a rejected program shown as an error, phone width without horizontal scroll, and both color schemes rendering. Add the web.yml CI workflow for lint, typecheck, unit tests, build and the smoke test.
CI typecheck failed: astro check needs @astrojs/check, which was never added as a dependency, and the generated example list was missing on a fresh checkout because typecheck ran before the build script. typecheck now runs the generator first.
The web CI run failed on a fresh checkout: the copy target directory only existed locally from an earlier manual mkdir. The build script now creates it.
