Summary

Moves vendor/tinyinference from 8607cefd to 5c413dcf (tinyinference main). The range is 8 commits ahead and 0 behind (gh api compare). It contains:

• fix(sanitize): stop redacting member paths and lowercase type annotations tinyinference#95 (merge a6683187): the credential scrubber stops redacting member paths (self.config.timeout) and lowercase type annotations (name: string). Dotted values under password/secret keys stay redacted. This is the openhuman#7713 fix.
• Keep streamed usage extension fields on raw tinyinference#102: streamed usage extension fields are kept on raw.
• fix(model): report every output-limit stop as length tinyinference#90: every output-limit stop (max_tokens, max_output_tokens, MAX_TOKENS) is reported as finish_reason == "length".

Only the gitlink changes. No crate manifest changed between the two pins and the workspace version is still 0.4.1, so Cargo.lock needs no update.

API Or Behavior Changes

• tinyinference-llm adds canonical_finish_reason and FINISH_REASON_LENGTH. Both are additive.
• Provider adapters now report an output-limit stop as length. finish_reason::is_output_limit already accepts every spelling. unmet_deliverable.rs:291 compares against "length" only, so it now also catches Anthropic-style stops.
• The scrubber now redacts less, but only for the code-reference shapes listed in fix: LangChain/LangGraph parity audit — 40+ correctness fixes across session, cache, tool calling, reasoning, agent loop and local models #95.
