Release v0.1.43: bumps the sole workspace version (0.1.42 -> 0.1.43) and Cargo.lock, as in #156.

Ships the TinyChannels v2 epic rollup (tinychannels#157): wire contract CONTRACT_VERSION 23 -> 33, module operation vocabulary (1,23) -> (1,25), plus the channel v2 work merged since v0.1.42. Kept as a patch bump: the 0.1.x line has carried every contract bump so far (contract was 23 at 0.1.42).

After merge: tag v0.1.43 triggers release.yml.
