Part of the uniform storage schema work (tinyhumansai/tinystoragedrivers#48, tinyhumansai/openhuman#7927).

Bumps vendor/tinyagents from 3ed8fce4 (v2.1.4-218) to 5f6dce50 (tinyagents main, same commit OpenHuman pins). That revision takes tinystoragedrivers by git tag v0.11.0, so the nested vendor/tinyagents/vendor/tinystoragedrivers 0.5.0 checkout no longer exists.

No tinyvoice source changes were needed; the [patch.crates-io] paths are unchanged.
crates/tinyvoice-module/Cargo.lock refreshed.
cargo tree -i tinystoragedrivers-core shows a single source: git tag v0.11.0. cargo tree -i tinybus still shows one source (vendor/tinybus).
Verified locally: fmt, clippy -D warnings (root workspace), build, test --all-features (root and module).
