chore: prepare TinyWallet v0.19.2 release

Prepare the TinyWallet workspace for the v0.19.2 module release. All six workspace crate versions and the lockfile now agree on 0.19.2; behavior is unchanged in this version-bump PR.

This release will include the typed native Solana transaction approval fix merged in #82. OpenHuman's currently pinned module rejects its Solana prepare/execute E2E because the latest published artifact predates that fix.

Validation run locally with Rust 1.98:

• cargo fmt --all -- --check — passed
• cargo clippy --all-targets --all-features -- -D warnings — passed
• cargo build --all-targets --all-features — passed
• cargo test --all-features — passed (195 tests and doc tests)

After this PR merges, the Release workflow can publish the v0.19.2 module artifacts.
