  • Refactor and reorganize docs structure (concepts/configuration flow, updated navigation, glossary updates, and link fixes across README/docs).
  • Adjust CI to avoid running test jobs for docs-only changes.
  • Add interactive testing support artifacts (test app migration + seed management command + test settings updates).
  • Update admin demo configs to match real relationship semantics (Company -> departments/projects multi-select, Company -> settings single-select, Department -> employees multi-select).
  • Fix CompanySettings string representation for nullable company relationships to avoid admin/runtime crashes.

Refactor documentation structure and content

- Consolidate and rename documentation files for clarity, merging core concepts and architecture into a single 'concepts' document.
- Introduce new 'configuration' document to cover virtual field behavior, visibility, and permissions.
- Remove outdated files such as 'data-integrity', 'rendering', and 'querysets-and-widgets'.
- Update links in README and other documents to reflect the new structure.
