A press followed by a release between two updates erased the pending press, causing quick menu and pause inputs to disappear. Keyboard state and Baton controls now preserve both edges for one update. Regression cases reproduce the loss and verify that edges clear on the next frame.
The archive builder also excludes downloaded inputs/ icons and nested .vscode settings, while retaining runtime funkin/ui/mods modules. Bumps the release to 0.1.16-advanced.7 (Android versionCode 123) so the corrected packages have their own release.
Validation: local core utility checks (10 passing) and Python utility tests (10 passing); full Linux/Windows native checks run in Actions. Published-package checks are tracked in PR #3.
