Sync with togethercomputer/mintlify-docs#1235 (MOSH-1142). Adds image input coverage to the evaluations skill. - Add Image Inputs section to references/api-reference.md documenting the image_data_urls dataset column (base64 data URL or list), the base64-only constraint (no http(s) links), automatic translation to provider-native formats (OpenAI image_url, Gemini inline data, Anthropic image blocks), and the vision-capable model/judge requirement. - Add a Quick Routing bullet in SKILL.md pointing agents at the new section when evaluating vision-capable models.
