Add togetherlink Claude Code marketplace plugin

Summary

Stacked on #75. This adds a second plugin to this repo's Claude Code marketplace:

Users can install just the TogetherLink guidance:

/plugin marketplace add togethercomputer/skills
/plugin install togetherlink@togetherai-skills

togetherai-skills is unchanged and still auto-discovers all 16 skills.

• Why ./skills rather than ./: skills/ has no plugin.json, so the marketplace entry is the manifest and the skills are namespaced togetherlink:*. With source: "./", the root plugin.json names them togetherai-skills:*, which collides with the full plugin.
• Other changes: the README gets the install commands and a corrected skill count (it said 12). The marketplace gets a top-level description, which clears the claude plugin validate warning.
• Scope: plugins can't reroute Claude Code's inference, so this plugin is knowledge only. Launching still goes through the togetherlink CLI.

Verification

All runs used a throwaway CLAUDE_CONFIG_DIR, Claude Code 2.1.283.

• claude plugin validate .: passed, no warnings.
• Marketplace added from the local checkout:
  • claude plugin details togetherlink@togetherai-skills shows Skills (2).
  • togetherai-skills@togetherai-skills shows Skills (16).
• Marketplace added from GitHub (https://github.com/togethercomputer/skills.git#togetherlink-plugin): togetherlink installs with Skills (2).
• ./scripts/publish.sh --check: up to date.

Official directory

The existing official listing (togetherai-skills in anthropics/claude-plugins-official) is pinned to 644d382, so these skills reach it only after the sha is bumped. Partner entries are added through Anthropic's submission form, not PRs. After merge, we'll submit:

• a togetherlink entry (git-subdir, path: "skills", the same skills list);
• a sha bump for togetherai-skills.
