Added Dutch translations

I added Dutch translations and followed the instructions in #262.
A few things that might be of note:

1. I used the Dutch translation of triangular number, rather than inventing a translation for termial.
2. I didn't really understand the difference between roughly and approximately, but I tried my best.
3. I copied Russian when it came to translating uple-factorial. I hope I did so correctly.

First of: thank you for your first contribution! :)

roughly is used when an number gets shortened/truncated to fit, for example: 2.5 x 10^100
approximately is used when we don't use the normal calculation formula, but the Sterling formula which approximates the number.I hope I got it correct :P

Since I don't speak Dutch I can't QA this by myself and ran the translation through a LLM. Here are some suggestions by the said AI. Please take a look at it. Some of them might be over the top or hallucinated, so take the following part of the message with a grain of salt.

I implemented all the suggestions, and asked for some extra feedback myself. It should be all good, now

While you are at it: if you know of any subreddits that are explicitly Dutch, feel free to add them to the subreddits.json! The reddit api doesnt always has a clear language, so the bot won't always reply in the correct language.

What's the best way for me to add more Dutch subreddits? I'm building a list of more Dutch subreddits, so I can add a bunch more, in the future
