Summary
This PR updates the documentation to use vendor-neutral language in response to the review feedback.
Changes
- Replaced tool-specific wording with neutral language.
- Clarified that the referenced tool is used as an example rather than as the recommended or only workflow.
- Preserved the existing technical guidance while making the documentation more inclusive of different TON development toolchains.
Motivation
The goal is to ensure the documentation does not imply a preferred vendor or development tool and remains applicable regardless of the tooling developers choose.

Perhaps, it may be beneficial to have a community-made or community-driven "awesome list" repository. Then all these projects, and many others, can be featured there independently of the main documentation.
