Add finalpool with 77 implemented tasks

This PR adds the finalpool branch with 77 implemented tasks collected from Notion Task Tracker.

• Updated Notion Task Tracker with 29 new tasks from most recent developer commits (23 implemented, 6 implementing)
• Created finalpool branch containing all 77 implemented tasks under tasks/finalpool
• Tasks are copied from their respective developer branches

Implemented tasks include:

• fan-dev: loyalty-program, discount-calculator, price-tracker, coupon-manager
• gyy: tag-manager, robots-handler, social-publisher, content-scheduler, cms-builder, blog-engine
• etc. (total 77)
