This project reads a Growlink Terralink TDR soil moisture sensor over SDI‑12 using an ESP32 (M5Stack Atom) running ESPHome, and exposes clean Home Assistant entities for Volumetric Water Content (VWC), pore water electrical conductivity (pwEC), and temperature — for use in coco and rockwool substrates.
