refactor: 画面タイトル削除と上部余白の調整 - #6

- 各画面先頭の ScreenTitle (画像変換/設定/About) を削除（左サイドナビで識別可能のため） - lib/ui/widgets/section.dart: ScreenTitle ウィジェット定義を削除 - 上部余白が無くなったため SingleChildScrollView の padding を fromLTRB(16,0,16,16) → fromLTRB(16,16,16,16) に修正（convert: 2箇所、settings/about: 各1箇所） - その他、作業ディレクトリに存在した未コミット差分も本PRに含めて反映 - 壁紙画像の差し替え (wallpaper1/3.jpg, 画面構成画像) - docs/design/feature/application-settings.md の新規追加

各画面先頭の画面タイトルは左サイドナビで識別可能なため削除し、削除により失われた上部余白を再設定しました。合わせて作業ディレクトリに存在した未コミットの差分も本PRに含めています。
