Vouch Request: configurable automountServiceAccountToken for run pods #4303

Why do you want to contribute?

I'd like to add make runner pod automountServiceAccountToken attribute configurable. This is because when running the runner pod in a Kubernetes cluster, that attribute is set to false by default and there's no way to change it, so it makes it difficult to interact with the cluster API server from inside the runner pod.
