Fixes two model YAMLs flagged by the SDK live checks on #5696 and #5715.

  • mistral-ai/zai-glm-5-3-flash: drop none from reasoning_effort supportedValues. The API accepts only low, high, max.
  • aws-bedrock/writer.palmyra-vision-7b: drop system_messages and function_calling. The model rejects the system role ("roles must alternate") and tool choice auto.

Test plan

  • yamllint and prettier --check pass
  • Live run on this branch: 40496269278, all scenarios, 22/22 passed for both models

Note

Low Risk
Metadata-only model catalog updates with no runtime code paths; risk is limited to advertised capabilities and param enums for two models.
