Drains the changesets consumed by release-v0.181.0 and carries that line's packages/*/CHANGELOG.md back to main. No version field moves: main stays at 0.0.0.

Note

Low Risk
Documentation-only back-merge of release notes and removal of consumed changesets; no runtime or API code changes in this diff.

Overview
This PR syncs release bookkeeping from release-v0.181.0 onto main: it does not ship new product code here.

It removes the .changeset/*.md files that were already consumed when cutting 0.181.0, so those pending release notes are not duplicated on main.

It appends ## 0.181.0 (and matching -rc.* sections where applicable) to packages/*/CHANGELOG.md for @truefoundry/trueforge, trueforge-core, trueforge-ui, trueforge-assistant-ui-runtime, and trueforge-sdk. Those entries record what shipped in 0.181.0 (UI, runtime, API, observability, security fixes, etc.) for readers of main’s history.

Per the PR description, package version fields on main are unchanged (e.g. still 0.0.0); only changelog and changeset hygiene move.
