closes #370
Implemented four presets in network.ts, with NETWORKS as the canonical export and NETWORK_CONFIGS retained as a compatibility alias. TrustFlowClient now accepts each network by name, rejects empty passphrases and unsupported runtime network values, and provides switchNetwork() to update endpoints and passphrase while clearing cached connections. connect() now checks Horizon and Soroban RPC health.
Added focused coverage for presets, switching, passphrase validation, and endpoint failures. Source and test typechecks, lint, and git diff --check pass. Jest could not start: its configured transformer failed to resolve ts-jest, so the tests remain unexecuted.
