Adds unit tests for the `generate` function in `python/truth_table_generator.py` to ensure accurate output dimensions and content for varying numbers of inputs. Modifies `generate` to safely handle the edge case of 0 variables (returning `[[]]`). Adds ignore rules for `*.pyc` and `__pycache__` to `.gitignore`.
