🎯 What:
Added a suite of unit tests for the addup recursive summation function in python/recursion.py. Previously, this function had no automated tests covering its edge cases or standard paths.

📊 Coverage:
The new test suite covers:

  • Empty list summation.
  • Single element list summation.
  • Lists with all positive integers.
  • Lists with all negative integers.
  • Lists with mixed integers (including zeroes).
  • Lists with floating point numbers.
  • Testing on sliceable objects (like range).

Result:
Significant improvement in test coverage for the Python codebase (python/recursion.py lines 64-67 are fully tested). Tests successfully run using the standard Python unittest framework.

Added `test_recursion.py` under the python directory to verify the correctness of the `addup` function defined in `recursion.py`.

Tests encompass validation against empty lists, lists with a single element, positive and negative integers, floats, as well as testing range slicing. All tests pass successfully and verify existing recursive aggregation logic without regression.
