🎯 What: Added a testing gap coverage by creating test_recursion.py using Python's unittest framework to validate the fib function in python/recursion.py. It correctly ignores Python binary cache.

📊 Coverage: Covered edge case behavior (missing bounds for 0 -> throws TypeError), negative input handling, base cases (fib(1), fib(2)), and general positive sequences (fib(8)).
Result: Improved test coverage and reliability for the recursive functions in the codebase.
