Adds sharded KB2T term-index files for high-velocity assistant recall, updates DOS lookup to scan the strongest relevant shard before aggregate fallback, fixes FAT subdirectory expansion in the QEMU image writer, refreshes capability evidence, and rebuilds release assets.\n\nProof run:\n- assistant pack verifier: PASS\n- term-index gate: PASS 42/42, row ratio 0.070, byte ratio 0.105\n- QEMU 486 recall: PASS 42/42, avg 60 ms, max 110 ms\n- QEMU hardware-capture rehearsal: PASS 42/42, avg 11 ms\n- QEMU 486 stress: PASS 50 replies\n- unit suite: 107 tests OK\n- preview artifact verifier: PASS\n- release zip integrity and sidecar hashes: PASS\n\nPhysical returned board logs are still pending; this PR proves the release workflow and hardware-capture path under QEMU.
