Completes the Java SDK consumer-readiness increment:\n\n- adds independent unit, live TRP e2e, and pinned tx3c generated-client CI jobs\n- validates clean external consumption from an isolated Maven repository\n- adds tag-driven Maven Central publishing with version, fleet-train, signing fingerprint, package, and post-publication checks\n- documents runtime, generated-client, e2e, and release usage\n\nVerification:\n- ./mvnw -B -ntp spotless:check\n- ./mvnw -B -ntp test (55 tests)\n- ./mvnw -B -ntp verify\n- local e2e selector skips without configuration; CI-mode probe fails with all six missing names\n- transfer and complex java-client outputs compile against 0.15.0-SNAPSHOT\n- clean external consumer compiles and runs from an isolated repository\n- release profile builds main, sources, and Javadoc artifacts with signing skipped\n- release validator accepts v0.15.0 and rejects v0.16.0\n\nLive preprod execution and credentialed Maven Central publication are intentionally left to CI/tag operation; no secrets, tags, or artifacts were published.
