Adds a free, no-sign-up tool suite built with the Next.js App Router.
35 browser-side tools for local businesses (QR and WiFi code generators, LocalBusiness JSON-LD schema, printable signs, food-cost and menu-engineering calculators). Everything runs client-side — nothing is uploaded and there is no account.
Same shape as the FastUtil and DevScratchpad entries already in Apps. Title-cased name, description ends with a full stop, added at the top of the section per the recent merged entries.
