When asking LibreCodeInterpreter to analyze multiple uploaded files one by one in the same session, only the first file remains available in /mnt/data during later iterations.
This causes subsequent per-file analysis steps to run without the other uploaded files being mounted, even though they were part of the original multi-file input / workflow.
Based on observed behavior, the first file persists across iterations, while the remaining files are missing from /mnt/data when the next analysis step begins.
Ask the assistant to analyze the files separately / one by one, rather than all at once.
Let it complete analysis of the first file and move to the next file.
Inspect /mnt/data during the later iteration(s).
Observe that only the first file is present, while the other uploaded files are missing.
Expected Behavior
All uploaded files that are part of the current session should remain available for subsequent iterations, or at minimum the file currently being analyzed should be mounted correctly into /mnt/data.
When processing files one by one, the system should not lose access to the remaining uploaded files after the first iteration.
Actual Behavior
Only the first uploaded file persists in /mnt/data.
During later per-file analysis iterations, the other uploaded files are missing from /mnt/data, causing the assistant to analyze only the first file correctly while subsequent files are unavailable.
Logs/Screenshots
Screenshot attached showing that only the first file persists in /mnt/data during later analysis steps.
Fixed by PR #82 (linked file management) — files uploaded in a session now persist across subsequent execution iterations via linked-input aliases. Currently on dev, not yet merged to main.
