v12 interactive console being dark on light mode

Describe the bug

when page is on light mode, interactive console keep dark colorscheme

Regression Issue

• Select this option if this issue appears to be a regression.

Expected Behavior

interactive console must switch to a light color palete as the rest of the system

Current Behavior

interactive console kept stuck on dark color palete

Reproduction Steps

• go to soar section
• open interactive console
• select an agent
