- Move runtime markup construction, templates, lexical scope, slots and keyed iteration into scriptc-compiled TypeScript, with ordered requests for native reflection, callbacks, exact conversion and storage.
- Preserve the native and compile-time references, including argument/default precedence, pristine argument scope, slot restoration, diagnostic node identity, post-body key publication and provenance allocation failure state.
- Validate with 22 compiled/native construction and markup checks, five protocol tests and strict portable typechecking; require fresh AppKit/Metal, complete snapshots, effects and replay before merge. The separate compile-time lowering and full CLI migration remain unchanged.
- Compile ordered markup, template and lexical scope coordination into the portable runtime. - Keep reflection, exact conversion, storage and callbacks as native capabilities. - Verify complete construction records, diagnostics, aliases and failure order against the native reference.
