- Move all fourteen specialized runtime markup builders into compiled TypeScript programs, including virtual windows and lists, markdown/code, stepper/input groups, timelines, charts, video, and inline spans.
- Preserve evaluation and callback order, partial consumption, scoped slots, exact numeric conversion, and borrowed native storage; retain unchanged native references.
- Add complete compiled/native comparisons of trees, handlers, declarations, diagnostics, scope restoration, and allocation failures, plus protocol and strict TypeScript checks.
- Own ordered admission and construction for virtual lists, rich text, media, and composite controls in compiled TypeScript. - Preserve native typed storage, exact conversion, callbacks, and all fourteen reference builders. - Cover complete trees, declarations, diagnostics, scope restoration, aliases, and allocation failures.
