  • Move runtime resource and option admission, typed message and callback selection, expression sequencing, and lexical/reflected binding coordination into compiled TypeScript.
  • Preserve native exact conversions, borrowed aliases, constructors, callback effects, diagnostics, and allocation behavior against unchanged reference functions.
  • Add protocol and compiled differential coverage for complete trees, integer boundaries, handler round-trips, lexical floors, and allocation failures; validate with direct Node tests, strict TypeScript, and focused native tests.

- Compile resource and option admission, typed message selection, and callback routing in TypeScript.
- Own expression and lexical binding sequencing while preserving exact native conversions and borrowed storage.
- Cover complete trees, diagnostics, helper effects, aliases, and allocation failures against the native reference.
