AGENTS.mdblock at the repo root whenever it detects an AI coding agent running it, and re-adds it before each command. The block only tells agents to read the docs bundled with the installed turbo before editing turbo config, and turbo itself never reads the file. Agent instructions for this repo live inCLAUDE.md, so opt out instead of committing a second instructions file.Same change as versini-org/clubroad#313.
