Pending

• Paper button: greyed out, reserved for the official publication link (search TODO(paper) in index.html). The arXiv button links to https://arxiv.org/abs/2609.21804.
• Code button: greyed out ("coming soon") until the repository is released (search TODO(code)).
• static/paper/videoreloc.pdf is no longer linked from the page but stays hosted so that earlier direct links keep working.
